"Greetings from the Kitchen Staff! If you sometimes hear laughter coming from the kitchen, it's because we truly enjoy working with one another. We strive to prepare the very best meals for you at a minimum cost. In other words, great value for your dollar. We have been joined by a number of new volunteers and we can always use additional help, even if you have only a couple of hours one or two days a month. A new feature in the IRSC newsletter is the publication of one of our recipes (cut down in size of course). These will be simple and easy to prepare by one and all. Oh, by the way, we like to hear your comments and any suggestions you may have. Some members have already expressed their ideas and we want you to keep them coming! Bon appetit!"

May 10 - Chicken Cesar Wrap, Pickle, Chips, Dessert


May 17 (Name That Tune) - Pete's Smoked Pork BBQ, Red Potato Salad, Coleslaw, Dessert


May 24 (National Pizza Party Week) - (2) Slices of Pizza (Cheese or Pepperoni), Mixed Salad, Dessert


May 31 - Pete's Chuckwagon Brisket & Bean Chili, Evelyn's Corn Bread, Dessert 



June 2023

June 7 - Subs (Italian, Ham & Cheese, or Tuna), Chips, Pickle, Birthday Cake


June 14 - Three Amigos on English Muffin (Roasted Chicken, Egg, & Tuna Salad), Dessert


June 21 - Baked Chicken, Macaroni Salad, Veggie Crudite, Roll, Dessert


June 28 - Pork Loin, Mashed Potatoes, Veggies, Dessert 


We have lunch here every Wednesday at 11:30am. Our amazing kitchen crew makes everything right here, fresh and delicious, guaranteed! Lunches are $5 for members and $7 for non-members.
